Hi, I’m Archie Neal and I’m the Lead Pastor of Connection Church. I have a passion to see people reach their full potential and realize their highest purpose.
I was born and raised in Bolivar, Missouri, a small town in the southwest part of the state. In 1975 I moved to Paris, Tennessee where I met my wife, Sheila. We’ve been married since April 1976 and have three grown children and seven grandchildren. (I know that makes me sound old, but actually we just started young.)
In June 2006, in a response to what we knew to be God’s calling, we moved to O’Fallon, MO to start Connection Church. From the outset, our dream has been to establish a life-giving, contemporary church where people can connect with God and His purpose for their lives.

Whether you are single, married, a parent, teen or child, we strive to make church a media-rich, creative, and relevant experience for you each week. Come and sing to the top of your lungs, share your faith, and be prepared for a life-changing experience.
